For this project as a class, we were asked to find someone with a visually intriguing job or passion. The first person who came to mind was Jeff Lin, a hibachi chef at a popular restaurant named Fuji in Eugene. It was thrilling to capture Lin in his element, and even more so when I got to see the photographs taken after.

Lin prepares the customers’ chosen main course and adds it to the rest of the order accordingly. At Fuji, those looking to pick an entree often have various meat and side options.
